HOW TO ASK
Through Instagram. In Instagram's settings, under Apps and Websites, remove Ifluenz. When you ask Instagram to delete your data, it tells us: we delete it straight away, and you get a code and a link to this page to follow the request.
From Ifluenz. On your account page (You, then your Instagram account), press Disconnect. We stop reading your account and delete your access token, your recent content, your audience breakdown and our copies of your pictures.
By email. Write to privacy@ifluenz.com from the address of your Ifluenz account. We delete what we hold within 30 days and confirm by email.
WHAT A DELETION REQUEST DELETES
Everything that came from Instagram: your access token, your posts and stories, your audience breakdown, your follower counts, your bio, the results of your sponsored posts and our copies of your pictures. Your username stays on the collaborations you completed, so that the record of each payment still says who was paid, and we keep the payment and invoice records the law requires.
